In the thermal regeneration line, after crushing, screening and magnetic separation, the waste sand is evenly added to the roasting furnace, and the burner heats and roasts the waste sand to remove the film, and then after cooling treatment, the old sand can be regenerated. The 3 T/h old sand cold regeneration system is a specially designed regeneration system, especially the after-sales service system in the later stage, which uses the scattered sand collected by the company's aging furnace. The system directly grinds and sorts the scattered sand after filtration, and it is not roasted in the roasting furnace. Compared with the thermal regeneration system, it is more energy-saving and environmental friendly. According to statistics, as of the end of August, the cold and hot method of old sand regeneration totaled more than 1500 tons. 10007 sets of high-speed machine cylinder blocks should be cleared for their surrounding environment. The qualified rate of castings produced with recycled sand is no different from that of new sand core making, and the surface quality of sand core will be a revolution in the printing industry, which is much better than that of new sand core making.
